Good design is never child’s
play. When it’s done right, though,
it is however exhilarating, enlightening and downright
fun. We always try to make the creative process an
enjoyable collaboration with each and every client.

Strategize. An
initial client meeting outlines project objectives, specifications
and an overall strategy is devised. Sunspots prepares a
creative brief to clarify objectives for the client and a planned
strategy of attack is defined in terms of media, cost and
team structure.
Uncover. We
begin a search to uncover a unique concept directly related
to the project at hand. This stage is one of discovery
where initial concepts are developed and presented for
feedback and discussion. Ultimately, a concept is defined
by both parties that fully meets all objectives.
Nurture. The
chosen concept is cultivated into detailed comp layouts
for both agency and client review. This is a collaboration
of nurturing the concept together which builds team unity
while new unforeseen applications and ideas for the branding
begin to emerge.
Streamline. At
this phase, the design process narrows as a clear, conceptual
objective begins to take shape. The client provides additional
content and the agency refines the design to ensure proper
messaging and direction is in full compliance of previously
stated objectives.
Propel. The
project moves forward at a rapid pace. Everyone is excited
and motivated by the prospects. The agency begins to prepare
all files, double check budget compliance for any unforeseen
expenses and analyze the media outlets for any given application
of the concept.
Optimize. The
production of final deliverables are supervised by Sunspots
Creative to ensure that all project specifications and
brand requirements are met and client objectives are fully
optimized in terms of service and outside vendor resourcing.
Tailor. The
project is now tailored and fine tuned to assure that all
objectives for effectiveness are achieved. Basically, this
is a stage of checks and balances by both parties to ensure
that the project has been managed properly before launch
to avoid any potential roadblocks.
Saturate. The
project has successfully been launched into the marketplace.
Now both agency and client undergo a review process to
measure effectiveness and strategize on how to best saturate
this new branding into other conceivable applications to
build upon success.
